Cooking Instructions:

 

·      Put bacon over the breast and place in roasting pan

·      Cook in a moderately hot oven (gas mark 6,400°F, 200°C)for 30 mins.

·      Baste frequently unless you are using a lidded roasting pan

·      5 mins before the cooking time is up remove the bacon to allow the breast to brown

Remove to hot plate and keep warm.
