Cooking Instructions:

 

·      Pat dry on kitchen paper

·      Season with a little salt and pepper

·      Heat pan very hot.

·      Pan-fry meat, skin side down until caramelised (2 mins).  Turn over and cook other side 1 mins.

·      Place on baking sheet and cook in a medium oven for 5 minutes.

Remove to hot plate and keep warm
